Importance of Snana(bath) In Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient health care tradition that has been practicing in India for more than 5000 years. The goal of Ayurveda is to maintain health through prevention and cure of the diseases.Ayurveda emphasis some rules and regime which every individual has to follow for healthy and long life. These daily prectices are known as Dinacharya. Dinacharya means daily routines, the ideal lifestyle explained in ayurvedic samhitas.It starts with waking up early i.e on Brahma muhurta, brushing teeth (dantadhawan), nasya, kawala, gandush (oral hygiene), abhyang, snana (bath), etc.
